Customer Onboarding Specialist
A leading insurance organization is seeking a proactive and client-centric professional to contribute to the launch and success of a new platform this highly visible role you will support end-to-end onboarding operations build trusted relationships with stakeholders and ensure a seamless transition for clients through training feedback gathering and continuous improvement.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $45-55 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $55-65 per hour.
7-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.
Responsibilities:
Oversee onboarding operations for new clients ensuring all steps are completed efficiently.
Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations to ensure customer readiness.
Collaborate with sales customer service and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
Monitor onboarding metrics including time-to-value and adoption rates.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform process improvements.
Customize onboarding strategies to meet the specific needs of each client.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and support.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in business communications project management or a related field.
24 years of experience in customer success help desk or project management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
Experience with web-based applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret key metrics.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Adaptability to meet diverse customer needs.
Project management experience or certification is a strong asset
