Job Summary

Charles Taylor Safety Solutions is seeking a Safety Manager in Rome GA.
1099 Contract position.

Project details:

60 hours; M-Sat
3-4 months
The scope of work includes removing old equipment and installing new equipment within an existing manufacturing include structural work with welding (so hot work) possible crane work during unloading equipment work at heights equipment and utility installations
BCSP certifications are strongly preferred.
At least 5 years of on-site Safety Management experience. Construction and Manufacturing experience preferred.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Conducting project safety inspections and orientations.
Safety training as requested/required.
Observation and monitoring of worksite employees and safety practices.
Complete document reviews contractor correspondence and document management.
Other tasks and activities within the realm of the EHS profession within the managers skills abilities certifications and authorizations
Communicating safety standards between trades GC and sub-contractors
