We are seeking a Part Time detail-oriented and experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team.
The PDR Technician will be responsible for removing minor dents from vehicles according to dealership specifications.
The ideal candidate has a passion for cars enjoys working with their hands and possesses a keen eye for detail. Ideally we are looking for an experienced candidate to fill a part time position with us working 1 to 2 days per week. You may already have an existing business or be employed else where but can spend 1-2 days a week doing our PDR repairs on out pre-owned inventory vehicles at the same time.
They should be familiar with and have the various tools and techniques used in paintless dent repair.
Ultimately the PDR Technicians role is to ensure that all vehicles are repaired to the highest standard and in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Evaluate vehicle damage to determine the feasibility of paintless dent repair
- Use specialized tools to push pull and manipulate the metal back to its original form
- Perform minor body repairs including removing dents and creases
- Ensure all repairs meet or exceed the quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Document all repairs and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician
- Knowledge of vehicle body repair and paintless dent removal techniques
- Ability to use specialized dent repair tools
- High attention to detail
