We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Order Entry Clerk to join our remote this role you will be responsible for entering customer orders into our system accurately and efficiently. This is a great position for someone who is organized can type quickly and enjoys working independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter customer orders into the system with high accuracy
Review and verify order details for completeness
Communicate with internal teams (via email or chat) if information is missing or unclear
Maintain order records and update customer information as needed
Follow company processes and meet deadlines
Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (email typing data entry software)
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Previous data entry or order processing experience is a plus but not required

High level of integrity professionalism and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software databases and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
