Job Summary

Job Type: Contract Local or Travel
Shift: Evening (8-hour shifts 5 days/week)
Duration: 13-week assignment
Pay Rate: $35$38/hr ($1312.50$1425/week)
Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)for an exciting job in Watertown NY.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor residents health conditions and report significant changes to the RN or physician.
Document care accurately using the EMR system.
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing and grooming.
Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active LPN or LVN license in New York State.
13 years of relevant nursing experience; SNF experience preferred.
BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Familiarity with EMR systems (PointClickCare preferred).
