Job Summary

E-logic seeks a Senior Software Developer Applications to function as a technical expert leading the development of mission-critical HR and Payroll software for the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) Interior Business Center (IBC). This role oversees staff and complex development assignments.

Responsibilities:

Lead and design the development and customization of complex application software solutions.
Evaluate development results and recommend major architectural changes affecting project success.
Function as a technical expert in software design principles secure coding and modern development practices.
Oversee the efforts of less senior development staff.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or a Bachelors degree with equivalent experience).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in application software development and design.
