Job Description:

The Role:

You will be the key account lead responsible for driving the success of the APS CMP filtration business within TSMCs new fab project. This includes direct ownership of initiatives at the mother-fab and R&D stage ensuring alignment from early concept through full-scale production. Your leadership and technical insight will be pivotal in establishing strategic partnerships delivering business growth and maintaining operational excellence.

In this role you will:

  • Highly passionate about winning business and acts as a strategic hunter in sales engagements

  • Willing to embrace challenges in a dynamic business environment

  • Demonstrates strong ownership as the primary point of contact for the Strategic Business Unit (SBU)

  • Drive account strategy and long-term engagement plans including forecasting pipeline management and cross-functional collaboration

  • Translate customer insights into actionable strategies by partnering with R&D and product teams to tailor solutions to fab requirements

  • Build and nurture high-level relationships within key customer organizations serving as a trusted advisor throughout the fab lifecycle

  • Hands-on experience with CMP tools or processes in TSMC 300mm fabs

  • Previous sales experience is a strong plus
