Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and enhance market penetration.
- Lead mentor and manage the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across the MENA region.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with product offerings.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management preferably in the consumer goods or bedding industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the MENA market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
