About the opportunity

As an integral part of the we can do that operation this position is responsible for welcoming and greeting visitors to the dealership handling telephone communications and championing administrative duties. Specifically:

• greet and assist custimers in person and by phone ina courteous and professional manner
• operate a multi-line telephone system directing calls and responding to customer inquiries
• review and respond to electronic mail quickly and in a courteous and professional manner
• perform administrative tasks and functions including word processing data input filing scanning and maintaining records
• coordinate and process customer payments
• support the Sales and Service departments with daily communication and coordination
• other duties as needed

About you.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in customer service including:

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in customer service and/or reception
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
• ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• strong ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• great interpersonal skills an ability to remain professional in challenging situations
• strong attention to detail organized and strategic
• ability to maintain professionalism
• ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in exec
• strong computer skills (Word Excel Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs Sheets)
• a desire to work in a high-energy fast-paced environment
• a proven commitment to quality of work
• part-time hours (under 30 hours per week) including evenings and Saturdays as required
