Whats the role
As Senior Manager Quality Assurance youll lead a team of specialists within our Quality Assurance & Enablement function based in Parramatta NSW. This full-time role sits at the heart of Westpacs financial crime risk operations where youll oversee the design delivery and continuous improvement of our QA framework across key areas including sanctions customer due diligence (CDD) transaction monitoring and law enforcement notices.
Youll be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and consistency of assurance activities providing strategic insights to senior stakeholders and driving a culture of excellence and accountability. Youll also play a key role in coaching and developing your team managing offshore service partners and collaborating across financial crime operations to uplift performance and reduce risk.
