In this role you will lead and govern the learning and development program. These workers are subject matter experts with secondary or tertiary education and specialized knowledge and we need to be able to thoughtfully manage their integration into labeling AI data. This means you will drive the initial design of training and strategic implementation of testing and skill verification processes both during qualification and when workers are in production environments. While this is initially an individual contributor role you can expect to potentially soon manage a team to match our burgeoning business. You will work as a partner to our Learning & Development Lead to expand our training offerings operate as a high-capacity individual contributor and define the future of a critical part of our business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and development of training for expert workers in partnership with the Learning and Development Lead.
- Set and monitor KPIs and key data monitoring for experts training to guide the design and support of our ongoing processes.
- Design the framework for data collection and analysis to identifty successful training criteria for expert workers
- Work with our community support team to design the support strategy for expert workers supporting different learning disciplines and catering to the higher-touch support needs of this type of workforce.
- Collaborate with management to identify and integrate new platforms and technologies that enhance the training process for experts and maintain the clients competitive edge.
- Reconcile candidates qualifications against job performance through detailed training evaluations and the application of our existing expert networks.
- Monitor and ensure that current testing metrics are met working closely with various departments to align our training processes with understanding of quality psychometric assessment and in-production performance.
Requisitos
Requeriments:
- Experience in learning and development technical writing or education is essential particularly valuable if you have experience in philosophy process engineering or other fields that involve abstract reasoning.
- Bachelors degree (B.A.) from a four-year college with 3 years of working experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong technical critical thinking and data analysis skills with experience in utilizing ATS and data analysis tools to drive decisions around training and growth at scale.
- Deep understanding of various languages and cultures will be advantageous with a strong passion for developing learning programs at scale.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on simplifying and optimizing complex systems with a proven track record of establishing processes and guidelines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced environments while managing teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
- Ability to view situations from multiple perspectives and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
