The TPA Analyst will be responsible for working in a team environment completing assigned tasks retaining information and building knowledge in the field. As knowledge about the field increases responsibilities and tasks will grow up to and including responsibility of providing all aspects of plan administration to assigned clients.

What You Will Do
In this role you will:
- Assist Associates and Consultants with processing on Defined Contribution Balance Forward administration including Recordkeeping and third-party administrator functions such as;
- Data and asset review
- Periodic reporting
- Compliance processes
- Government filings
- Distribution processing
What We Are Looking For
Required Professional Qualifications
- 1-5 years of industry experience with an expertise in retirement plans and strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans
Personal Qualifications
- Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal work products
- Proficiency in the use of computers and other general office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to productively respond to change
- Excellent organization and time management skills
Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.
Location
This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas Texas but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US.

Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $49900 - $92760.
For candidates residing in:
- Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District of Columbia the salary range is $54890 - $85030.
- New York City Newark San Jose or San Francisco the salary range is $59880 - $92760.
- All other locations the salary range is $49900 - $77300.
A combination of factors will be considered including but not limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.
