About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our client a company pioneering an industry transformation by revolutionising the shrimp sector through an advanced management system.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the Production QA/QC and Warehouse teams
- Collaborate with the Production Manager in developing production plans
- Supervise and ensure production processes are executed according to work plans cost targets and regulatory standards
- Ensure all production machinery and equipment operate optimally
- Oversee real-time production reporting aligned with production plans
- Coordinate and monitor procurement of goods for production and miniplant needs
- Coordinate and monitor workforce fulfilment for production operations
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Food Technology Fisheries Product Technology Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Experience as PPIC
- At least 4 years of experience in factory production/operations including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Prior experience in the seafood or frozen food processing industries is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of production processes quality management supply chain and machinery operations
- Demonstrated leadership problem-solving decision-making and communication skills
- HACCP GMP and ISO 22000 certifications are considered an advantage
- Open to placement in Jogjakarta with occasional travel to Surabaya as required
