Job Summary:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a salaried 26-week-per-year position providing comprehensive care across all age groups in both the hospital and emergency room settings.Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Diagnose treat admit and manage patients with complex conditions.
- ER Duties: Conduct consults triage and provide emergency care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians nurses and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Diagnostics & Procedures: Order and interpret tests; perform procedures as needed.
- Quality & Compliance: Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to medical regulations.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing education.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
- 1 years of ER or inpatient experience (required).
- Board Certified in Family Emergency or Hospital Medicine.
- Certifications: ACLS PALS ATLS/CALS.
- Licensed (or eligible) in North Dakota with DEA credentials.
- Strong independent decision-making leadership and adaptability skills.
- Comfortable with a shift-based schedule.
