Overview
Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager
Location: 1828 E Florence Blvd Suite 102 Casa Grande AZ 85122
Incentives: $30000 Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment
Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salaried starting at $82000 and up commensurate with experience plus Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center this role you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients.
Join our community centered clinic that serves all age groups and patient populations. We offer PT OT and SLP addition to general orthopedic care we offer specialty programs including LSVT Big and Loud vestibular and concussion care ReVital/Oncology COVID recovery wheelchair evaluations and hand therapy. Opportunity to work with a large team of 9 clinicians.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
- Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians employers payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Help grow and manage our centers physician relationships and patient portfolios
- Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
- Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
