Prepare and monitor rebates calculation commission intimeandrespondpromptlytocustomerrequirements
Prepare monthly /quarterly reports
Manage customer requests effectively
BuildsustainablerelationshipsandtrustwithBusiness throughopenandinteractivecommunication
FollowcustomerservicebestpracticesproceduresPPGguidelinesandpoliciesandlegalrequirements
Maintainingapositiveempatheticandprofessionalattitudetoward customersatalltimes.

Qualifications:
Secondaryeducationorhigher
FluencyinEnglish and Spanish
FamiliaritywithMSOfficeenvironment (Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel)
