Job Summary

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring a Spanish Language Teacher to provide in-person Business Spanish lessons to our client.

Details

Availability: Fridays at 10:00 a.m.
Lesson Frequency: Once per week
Lesson Duration: 1 hour per session
Time Zone: Central Standard Time (CST)
Current Spanish level: Basic (goal: reach at least intermediate)
Native/other languages: English (native) German
Goals:
- Improve spoken fluency for professional and business contexts
- Gain confidence communicating with Spanish-speaking colleagues and clients
- Expand vocabulary and expressions used in daily business interactions
- Strengthen pronunciation listening comprehension and sentence structure
- Progress from basic to intermediate level through consistent goal-oriented practice

Responsibilities

Design structured purposeful lessons with measurable progress
Focus on conversational fluency and practical vocabulary for business settings
Incorporate industry-relevant terminology and real-life work scenarios
Maintain dynamic engaging sessions that balance discipline with motivation
Prepare lessons in advance to ensure continuity and clear learning objectives

Qualifications

Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish
Degree or certificate in teaching education linguistics or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience teaching Business Spanish to adults
Strong ability to design professional structured lessons with clear outcomes
Experience adapting lessons to learner goals and maintaining engagement
