Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-orientedJunior Project Managementto join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn project management methodologies and gain hands-on experience in planning coordination and execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning scheduling and tracking deliverables.
- Support senior project managers in coordinating tasks with different teams.
- Maintain and update project documentation reports and status updates.
- Help identify risks and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Learn and apply project management best practices and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management IT Engineering or a related field.
- Should have the knowledge Microsoft Project Plan
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and project management tools (Trello Asana JIRA) is preferred.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
