Key responsibilities

Team Management

• Recruit hire and train finishers to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
• Provide leadership coaching and performance management to the team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Project Management

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
• Assist to Develop and implement detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with other departments such as design quality procurement logistics and operations to ensure smooth project execution.

Quality Assurance

• Maintain rigorous quality control standards.
• Inspect/facilitate to inspect finished work to ensure it meets specifications and company requirements.
• Identify and resolve quality issues promptly.

Financial Management

• Monitor and control project costs including labor materials and equipment.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Stakeholder Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Resolve stakeholder issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and training.
• Implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

Who are we looking for

Education:

• Graduate Civil Engineering/Interior Design/Architecture.

Experience:

• 15 25 Years Experience in Construction Industry with over 15 years. Proven experience in local market Architectural Interior Landscape Finishes Fit-out and FF&E.
• Proven experience in handling Projects (Luxury Residential Hospitality Private Villas) from inception to DLC (Defect Liability Completion)

Skills:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Primavera and ACad.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret Design Drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
