Job Description & Summary

At PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) youll play a key role in supporting a variety of services including Advisory Assurance Tax and Business Services. Our innovative hubs offer opportunities to work on challenging projects contribute to client engagements and grow through digitally enabled training. As part of the Talent and Development team youll help coordinate interviews and support recruitment efforts across multiple time zones while developing your professional and technical skills.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree preferred in Human Resources Psychology or Business Administration.
  • 2 year of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English is required
  • Work Modality: Hybrid
  • Location: Buenos Aires
  • Offices: Olivos / Barracas
  • Schedule: Full-time

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute innovative candidate search strategies utilizing market intelligence.
  • Talent mapping and digital tools. Identify and contact passive talent in the external market focusing on current vacancies and future talent needs. Collaborate closely with recruiters sharing qualified candidates to continue the full recruitment cycle.
