The Raytheon Australia Minor Vessels Engineering Team is experiencing growth and are seeking to attract a bright and energised Naval Architect/Structural Engineer to support the Design and Engineering Change Team. The fleet of Minor Vessels spread across WA NT and QLD. As the Naval Architect / Structural Engineer you will be responsible for all Hull and Structural discipline related activities overseeing the successful development and delivery of Engineering Changes for this fleet.

As a Naval Architect/Structural Engineer within the Design and Engineering Change Team you will work alongside other Engineering Disciplines to liaise with our stakeholders to Survey and Quote Engineering Changes and develop review and support the approval of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and technical investigations.
Your new role will provide you with the opportunity to learn share your knowledge and be mentored on System Engineering methodology and processes. Enabled by the support of the Engineering Manager you will also be enrolled in our national Engineering network. Working in a friendly team to meet the needs of our end Customer - the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) your role involves direct engagement with peers Australian Defence Force personnel capability partners sub-contractors and suppliers.
