HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT
TMH Physician Partners Quincy is looking for a Practice Administrator I to join our team.
The Administrator is responsible for the implementation of the vision of the practice. Takes the lead in developing the action plan to move the practice in the direction provided by the Executive Director in concert with the practice physicians. Responsibilities include: planning financial management personnel management policy development clinic management regulation compliance staff development etc.
Includes meeting budget demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues. Implement the staffing pattern for colleagues. Responsibility & counsel with supervisory personnel for review of staff suggestions departmental issues employee recruitment and oversight and disciplinary actions.
WHAT YOULL NEED TO APPLY
Medical Practice Administrator Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field
Experience:
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Knowledge of patient privacy regulations including HIPAA
- 5 years of experience managing a medical practice
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial management skills including budget preparation and cost control
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to improve performance
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
