Shift: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $44 $46/hr

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Dietitianfor an exciting job in New York NY.

Responsibilities:

Assess patients nutritional needs and create care plans.
Conduct home visits and monitor patient adherence.
Educate patients/families on nutrition and food-drug interactions.
Interpret lab results and clinical data for dietary recommendations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to adjust dietary plans.
Document care and progress accurately.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Dietetics Foods & Nutrition or related field.
1 year experience as a Registered Dietitian (2 preferred).
NY State Dietitian-Nutritionist certification (post-acute) or CDR registration (acute).
Primary Source Verification required.
Preferred: Masters in Nutrition and AHA BLS certification.
