Job Summary

The position of Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting our Insurance partners claims needs and national team of Account Managers on a day to day basis. Sales Coordinators require exceptional attention to detail ability prioritise the work provided in a high paced work environment and the confidence to make decisions for the benefit of the company client and respective Account Manager.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and account managers
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Process sales orders within SLAs as required to meet/exceed budgets for the national business
  • Liaise with internal and external stake holders
  • Proactively ensure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed-up
  • Monitor open orders and adjust as required
  • Assist with the creation of products in the system
  • Work collaboratively within the national store and wider network

Qualifications :

  • Experience working in administration / sales processing role
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Confident energetic and self-motivated individual
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A high degree of accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
  • A high level of numeracy skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and dedication to follow through
  • A good knowledge of JBs product range
