We are currently seeking a Workday Specialist for our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office two days working remote).
Starting base salary $78000- $97000- $116000 (commensurate with related experience). The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidates salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to relevant work experience skills certifications and location.
The Workday Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and system administration for the Workday platform a cloud-based ERP system for human resources and finance functions. Maintain integrations configure system functionality monitor security and support reporting needs. Working under the direction of the Director Workday Platforms collaborate and coordinate with Information Technology (IT) and business units to ensure Workday is reliable accurate and aligned with organizational objectives.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Administer and configure Workday modules security settings and workflows including requirements gathering testing and documentation to meet association and business unit needs and objectives.
- Provide first-line support for user issues and system-related problems resolving glitches and maintaining smooth operations. Interface with vendors/consultants when necessary to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement new releases and workflow improvements that align with business unit and association needs and enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain custom reports that provide data analytics in support of decision-making.
- Develop and conduct training sessions and workshops to help users understand and effectively utilize Workday functionalities.
