At Allstar Services a Morgan Stanley Capital Partners portfolio company were redefining the roofing and exterior remodeling industry through rapid expansion across the U.S. Were hiring a Senior Marketing Manager Growth Markets to own marketing strategy planning and execution for new market launches.

This is a hands-on growth marketing role for someone with experience in multi-location businesses aggregator platforms (Angi Modernize HomeAdvisor) and multi-channel campaigns (PPC SEO/SEM paid social direct mail review/referral programs).

Youll partner with our Growth Team to evaluate new markets launch campaigns and build scalable marketing playbooks that deliver measurable ROI. If you thrive on building from scratch testing new channels and optimizing campaigns this role is for you.

What Youll Do
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans (PPC LSA SEO/SEM paid social organic social direct mail aggregator partnerships).
Evaluate new markets using demographic and performance data; advise on launch strategies.
Build scalable marketing processes playbooks and frameworks for repeatable success.
Optimize aggregator partnerships and implement review/referral programs.
Use AI and marketing automation to streamline campaigns and improve efficiency.
Collaborate across Sales Operations Finance and Marketing to ensure seamless execution.
Own budget planning ROI tracking and performance reporting for launches.

What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (MBA a plus).
35 years in marketing strategy or consulting with proven success in growth expansion or new market development.
Strong understanding of aggregators (Angi Modernize HomeAdvisor) and multi-channel campaign execution.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
A builder mentality: comfortable rolling up your sleeves to create new processes test new channels and drive results.
Home services franchise retail or multi-location marketing experience preferred.
Compensation: $110000$120000 base salary benefits.
Location: Remote but candidates must reside in states where Allstar operates.
