As a Product Delivery Specialist within Core Products & Services team you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners to coordinate and execute the delivery of technology products and services within the Global Fees Organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product technology and operations to ensure successful implementation.
- Utilize project management and delivery tools such as JIRA and Scrum Management to track progress and manage timelines.
- Communicate updates gather feedback and address issues with business partners to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery documentation including planning status reports and client communications.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support post-delivery activities including training troubleshooting and ongoing client support.
- Manage intake processes and program prioritization to optimize resource allocation.
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings and coordinate tasks to drive project momentum.
- Monitor and report on project status to stakeholders and leadership.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- Graduate/ post graduate with at least 5 years of relevant product experience.
- Proven experience in technology product delivery or project management in a global organization.
- Understanding of technology products terms and services with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. JIRA) and delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Basic banking knowledge.
- Experience supporting project management activities and cross-team collaboration.
- Demonstrates strong initiative as a self-starter with excellent listening note-taking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities open to feedback and quick to adapt.
- Familiarity with JIRA for project management.
