Role: OL/EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner (2 Years PQE or Equivalent)
Location: Macclesfield or Remote Working
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced OL/EL/PL Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our clients rapidly growing law firm. This role offers the flexibility to be based at their modern offices in Macclesfield or to work remotely providing an excellent work-life balance.
The successful candidate will join a well-established OL/EL/PL department and handle a high-quality caseload from inception to trial. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven legal professional seeking to take the next step in their career within a supportive forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of OL/EL/PL matters from initial instruction through to trial.
- Handle claims arising from Occupiers Liability Employers Liability and Public Liability accidents.
- Provide exceptional client care maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships.
- Ensure accurate and efficient case management in line with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
- Prepare legal documents statements and reports as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience handling OL/EL/PL claims.
- Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and ability to manage claims through to trial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems (Proclaim experience advantageous but not essential).
- Proactive organised and dedicated to delivering high-quality legal service.
