In this role youll build and lead a diverse engineering team in an inclusive environment where innovation thrives. Most importantly youll foster open communication about technical decisions project status and team direction ensuring alignment across Product Solutions Engineering and Customer Success teams.

Required Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field required

Experience:

• 5 years of professional software development experience with demonstrated technical growth required
• 1-3 years of experience in technical leadership roles (tech lead senior engineer or team lead experience) required
• Interest in transitioning into people management and growing engineering leadership skills required
• Strong background in software development and understanding of distributed systems concepts required
• Experience collaborating with product managers or business stakeholders on requirement definition required

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Python Java Go JavaScript/)
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and containerization technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with curiosity about data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for mentoring other engineers

Certifications/Licenses:

• None required

Preferred Qualifications

Education:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related area

Experience:

• Experience in building applications using AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Previous experience working in an Agile environment participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated success in delivering software with high quality and ability to operate independently
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes

Skills:

• Proficiency in a modern programming language such as React Typescript or Go
