职位描述
1.贯彻和执行工厂环境健康安全程序和食品安全程序                     
2.严格遵守工厂的各项安全管理制度在工作中确保自身安全                       
3.严格执行化学品保存的相关规定确保化验室的安全                         
4根据国家的相关标准技术文件等对原材料进行检验出具检验报告                      
5对原辅材料复检                       
6对建议中出现的不合格品进行分析确定是否影响产品质量                     
7根据企业发展的实际情况适时补充修改完善各项规章制度                       
8按照半成品的标准要求按照生产工艺和检验方法检测半成品的质量                      
9对生产过程中出现的不合格品进行鉴定监督不合格品的处理过程                   
10组织对生产过程中质量控制进行全面管理                   
11.按照企业出厂产品的检验规范和检验标准进行检验                  
12对成品检验中出现的不合格品进行鉴定监督不合格品的处理过程                  
13对经过检验符合成品出厂要求的出具产品质量检验合格报告                     
14对化验工具进行管理对负责的实验设备器具进行定期维护保养                     
15及时填写质量报告及质量报表做好报表的统计工作                                                                   
16认真完成领导交办的临时任务和工作
17认真完成领导安排的培训内容并贯穿于实践
18负责产品检验试验过程中的环境因素危险源的识别和控制工作                                
19对现场卫生安全操作负责
