With 48 programs operating across 27 sites Goddard Riverside serves as both a strong advocate for our community members and a provider of essential services. These include food and shelter programs support for unhoused individuals living with mental illness and a wide range of educational cultural and recreational programs for children and adults.


Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to co-lead in the development management and strategic use of data systems and dashboards to support organizational performance compliance and continuous improvement. This role serves as a critical bridge between data operations and strategic decision-making ensuring that accurate timely and actionable insights are available to leadership and program teams. This position provides strategic administrative support in two (2) core areas:

  • Dashboard Development and Data Management
  • Risk Management and Compliance

This Role is Essential for:

  • Enabling Data-Driven Decision Making: By managing dashboards and conducting statistical analyses the position ensures that leadership has access to reliable data to guide strategic planning and operational adjustments.
  • Supporting Compliance and Risk Management: Through internal audits and incident tracking the role helps maintain adherence to regulatory standards and proactively addresses potential risks.
  • Improving Organizational Efficiency: Automation and system integration streamline data workflows reducing manual effort and minimizing errors.
  • Enhancing Program Quality: By collaborating with teams and identifying training needs the role supports continuous improvement and alignment with agency goals.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:00pm


Salary Range: $77000-$85000


Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salaryoffer will be basedonthe candidates number of years experience in the exact orcomparableposition and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.

Roles Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Key Responsibilities

Data Dashboard Development and Management

  • Develop and customize automation tools and dashboards to streamline data collection and transformation to enable the tracking of key metrics related to program performance compliance and service quality
  • Educate program and organizational teams on monthly data collection methods validation techniques and uploading processes to ensure accurate and timely updates to the organizational dashboard.
  • Conduct statistical analyses using data from our Dashboard System applying appropriate techniques to generate ongoing reports that support decision-making for organizational leaders and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leadership to prioritize business information needs and requirements to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of PII to prioritize strategic initiatives ensure improvements align with agency goals and objectives and identify training needs to support successful implementation
  • Provide support and respond to general troubleshooting inquiries related to hardware software and training issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption
  • Pursue ongoing training and certification updates to stay current with emerging techniques standards and best practices in the field

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Collaborate with program teams to review data in efforts to conduct internal audits to assess compliance with government mandates and regulatory standards
  • Track and analyze incident reports across the agency to identify trends provide resources and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence
  • Regularly monitor and stay informed on new revised and existing regulations protocols and administrative guidelines to support the development and refinement of internal performance indicators

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree (Required) Preferred fields include Social Work Public Policy Political Science Nonprofit Management or a related discipline.
  • Certifications (Highly Preferred)
  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP)
  • Tableau Desktop
  • Microsoft Certified
  • Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
  • Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP)

Required Technical Skills

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing automation and integrating data systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Working knowledge of front-end web design principles including proficiency in CSS.
  • Skilled in using data platforms such as Tableau JotForm Microsoft Forms Google Sheets Looker Studio and Excel for data visualization and analysis.

Skills Knowledge and Abilities

  • Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Deliver engaging presentations and facilitate effective meetings with diverse audiences
  • Demonstrate high emotional intelligence and cultural competence in all interactions
  • Support staff in identifying collecting tracking and communicating data-driven outcomes
  • Within scope of responsibility lead and contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned

Physical Requirements

  • Frequent use of computers and digital tools.
  • Occasional lifting of files and storage boxes.

Work Environment

  • Office setting.
  • Hybrid/Flexible schedule available after probationary period.
