- Participates in care planning process and updates for change in condition.
- Completes MAR & treatment record assuring drug monitoring indicators are identified.
- Assures required lab values are obtained for drug monitoring as recommended by RX.
- Obtains physicians orders on new residents and completes physicians order sheet and assessments
- Makes daily rounds to be aware of residents condisions and enviroment.
- Informs primary care physician of significant changes
Qualifications :
- Minimum of one year experience in medical/surgical rehab or geriatrics nursing or significant medical/surgical clinical experience during schooling is preferred.
- Current Maryland LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
