Performs schedule and non-scheduled maintenance on UH-72A Lakota helicopters and other airframes as required. Conducts operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems. Diagnoses malfunctions or failures and makes adjustments repairs or replacements of parts and/or components.
Aircraft Inspections: 70%
- Performs detailed inspections assembly installation repair replacement adjustment and alignment of parts and components.
- Conducts operational checks of complete systems to verify proper functioning of components and systems
Compliance: 20%
- Assures that completed work complies with FAA/Airbus regulations customer requirements and company specifications.
- Follows all OSHA safety and environmental regulations.
- Completes forms and records pertaining to completion of assigned work.
System Troubleshooting: 10%
- Performs troubleshooting to diagnose malfunctions or failures on the following aircraft systems: aircraft equipment furnishings fire protection fuel system hydraulics landing gear doors fuselage stabilizer rotor systems power plant and engine controls.

Qualifications :
Education:
- Required: High School diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Trade school
Experience:
- Required: Minimum of four (4) years related experience.
- Preferred: EC145 H145 or UH-72 Experience
Licensure/Certifications:
- FAA A&P License
- EC145 Field Maintenance Course
- Safran Level 1 or Level 2 Completion
Travel Required:
- 5% Domestic and International

- Basic computer skills.
- Read interpret and follow written technical data.
- Familiarity with common aviation type tooling.
