Job Summary
Our two-year Graduate Programme is designed to get you up to speed quickly give you exposure to live projects and help you develop both technical and professional skills.

Over the two-year self-directed programme youll gain a unique insight into our industry. What Were Looking For
Were looking for graduates who are passionate about shaping sustainable well-designed communities and who are ready to build a career in town planning. Youll have a RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related field along with a genuine interest in how planning supports infrastructure development and positive change in our built environment. Youll enjoy problem-solving researching and working collaboratively to deliver effective planning solutions. Strong communication and analytical skills will help you engage confidently with colleagues clients and stakeholders. If youre committed to your professional development and excited to work towards chartered status this is a great opportunity to start your journey.
Additional Information :
To join our Graduate Scheme you must be a UK sole national and a UK resident as this is required for the type of work we do. Youll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance. As part of the programme you should also be willing to relocate or travel within the UK and well provide relocation support where needed.
