As aSenior Engineer / Project Designer youll play a key role in shaping tailored heavy shoring solutions for infrastructure constructionbringing technical expertise creativity and customer focus to every phase of the project lifecycle.
What youll do:
Act as a trusted technical advisor to our global customers identifying needs and delivering smart customized solutions.
Lead the technical design process from tendering to project execution ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality outcomes.
Develop innovative heavy shoring & formwork concepts for international projects collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance on equipment usage jobsite support and technical troubleshooting.
Visit project sites as needed to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.

Qualifications :
A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (HTL FH or University level).
5 years of experience in formwork or steel structure design ideally in large infrastructure projects.
Strong 3D CAD skills (Revit AutoCAD Inventor or similar).
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic international team.
Excellent English communication skills (any other language is a plus).
Willingness to travel and support projects abroad after onboarding.

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.
We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 46290.44 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) on full-time basis 38.5 hours/week - use group as of IV.
