Job Summary

Were seeking a Senior Bioassay Scientist to lead effector function testing and cell-based assay development in a GMP-regulated lab environment. This is a full-time leadership role with relocation assistance provided to help you transition smoothly.

What Youll Do
- Lead effector function testing for biologics and support preclinical development
- Design and execute cell-based assays including ELISAs luciferase reporter assays and flow cytometry
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity and timely documentation
- Maintain lab compliance drive operational improvements and support quality initiatives
- Supervise and mentor team members manage workflow and conduct performance reviews
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in biology chemistry or related field
- Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture and cell-based assay development
- Proficiency in ELISA luciferase reporter assays and flow cytometry
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis relocation support is available
Additional Information :
- Position is full-time 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Overtime as needed.
