We are seeking a Subsidy Specialist to join our Support Center team in Mount Pleasant Michigan who is detail-oriented enjoys new challenges and thrives within a deadline driven schedule. Subsidy Specialists are responsible for processing move-ins preparing vouchers to submit to contract administrators HUD and MSHDA assist site staff with questions on the Section 8 program and more. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills and a positive attitude.
You Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Minimum 1 year of Section 8 experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
