Job Summary
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow up on past due invoices by email and phone
- Send out invoices and customer aging reports in excel
- Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations
- Add detailed notes in our internal computer system
- Communicate issues to billing departments
Qualifications :
Experience Education and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Account Receivable experience strongly preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
