Senior Delivery Manager

UBDS is looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to lead high-impact service transformation projects with a strong focus on automation and enterprise reporting through the ServiceNow platform. Youll oversee complex delivery programmes working with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes across a major client estate.

This role suits someone with proven experience in IT service transformation particularly within public sector or regulated environments and a track record of managing delivery across Agile SAFe and Waterfall methodologies. A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB along with experience in enterprise reporting and automation is essential.

Key skills & experience:

• End-to-end project delivery across complex service transformation programmes
• ServiceNow (ITSM CMDB) and automation implementation experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement and governance skills
• Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2) desirable
• Familiarity with API integrations data security and reporting frameworks
