If you can demonstrate an exceptional track record in day-to-dayoperations management or an equivalent in exceeding performance targets. You will be a hands-on flexible with a thorough knowledge of driving hours and regulations with good IT skills and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for a number of important areas of driver administration and compliance including: Vehicle and trailer inspection and defect control infringement control anddriver recruitment and induction.
If you are Commercially astute capable and extremely well organised and your people management skills are based on developing your team ofdrivers to achieve success we would like to hear from you.
The Company

To date the company employs 3000 personnel across 40 sites including a network of strategic rail freight terminals with a cutting-edge fleet of 1300 Euro-6 trucks and over 50 container handlers servicing a number of trains daily. Maritime has a proven track record as an intermodal operator developing and delivering low carbon container logistics solutions for first and final miles and pioneering the modal shift of UK domestic distribution from road to rail.
