DescriptionThe Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will be responsible for DNV Healthcare service line development support. The Regulatory Affairs Coordinator will coordinate processes to effectively manage CMS and DNV development and achieve outcomes with respect to the coordinating activities with others and to work toward continually improving and growing service line processes between DNV Healthcare and CMS.
What Youll Do:
- Prepare and distribute notification letters (based on accreditation determination from supervisory review)
- Communicate certificate release status to team
- Maintain accredited list for deemed programs and track non-deemed programs
- Monitor currency of deemed status in production system
- Maintain website posting for all deemed/certified customers
- Maintain postings and third-party notification for non-deemed status
- Verify deemed status for individual provider/payor inquiries
- Track validation surveys and reconcile against CMS validation reports
- Report deemed surveys in CMS database including coordination of program rollout
- Pre-survey verifications for all deemed non-deemed and transitioning customers
- Align and audit non-deemed program oversight in production system
- Coordinate alignments between state requirements for deemed and scope specific program

The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience and specific location. For the states of California Washington New York Washington D.C. Illinois and Maryland only the starting pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.00 per hour.
