Role: Workstation Engineer

TheWorkstation Engineersroleis tosupportand maintaintheOrganizationscomputer systemsdesktops and peripherals. That includes installing diagnosing repairing maintaining and upgrading allclient desktophardware and equipment while ensuringoptimalworkstationperformance.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relatedexperience

Skills and Experience:

• Excellent customer service skills to work effectively with clients and vendors.

• Candidate must have extensive hands-on Windows 10 support experience.

• Ability to install/deploy Windows based computersfrom image ormanual installation.

• Active Directory User Group GPOadministration.

• Prefer experience with environments with at least 1000 systems.

• MS Office support.

• Possess a working knowledge of hardware components hardware configurations and have strong software experience.

• Amazon VDI workstation creation

• ClientVPNsupport preferably PaloAlto GlobalProtect

• PowerShell scriptingisa bonus.

• Knowledge in web browsers (Chrome IE Edge)

• Efficient in preparing and sharing technical documentation using Microsoft Office Word ExcelPowerPoint and Visio.

• Strong written communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.

• Ability to work independently and identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Desire to learn new skills take on new tasks as needed and work as part of a team.
