HALO Diagnostics is seeking a Quality Assurance Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing this full-time remote role youll support our Telehealth Nurse Practitioners by driving quality initiatives ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing clinical excellence.
Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve care for a diverse nationwide patient population all while being part of a mission-driven fast-growing health tech company. We offer robust training career growth and equity in the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support quality improvement initiatives across clinical programs
- Identify manage and ensure timely follow-up on clinical discrepancies
- Conduct audits and compliance assessments to meet regulatory standards
- Provide training and education on best practices and quality procedures
- Analyze clinical and operational data to guide improvements and policy updates
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control
- Deep understanding of nursing standards and familiarity with laboratory operations.
- Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must hold a validstate nursing license with NLC (or willing to obtain)
