Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in civil engineering business administration business management business finance mathematics data analytics or a related field.
5 years of related experience.
3 years of progressively responsible management experience.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of data management principles a strong understanding of transportation data systems and statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making and long-term infrastructure planning.
Ability to interpret and apply federal and state regulations as they relate to funding data reporting.
Skills in data analysis and translating complex information into actionable items are critical.

This position is responsible for leading the planning development and management of the Data and Analysis Bureau including setting vision and goals overseeing staff budget and policy and ensuring effective organization and data procedures. Manages Bureau resources compliance and program delivery; coordinates unit operations for accurate efficient data collection and reporting; and ensures data analysis meets diverse client needs. Guides information systems development and continuous improvement. Reports to the Asset Strategy Program Manager and directly manages 3 employees and indirectly oversees 18 employees.
