French-Speaking Lead Generator Hybrid (Barcelona or Málaga)
Location: Barcelona or Málaga Spain
Work Model: Hybrid (office & home-based)
Schedule: Full-time 39h/week Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven French-speaking Lead Generator to join our dynamic sales team in this role you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities supporting the sales pipeline and helping the company grow its client base across the French-speaking markets.
What Youll Do

Identify research and contact potential business leads via phone email and online platforms.

Qualify prospects to ensure alignment with the companys products and services.

Maintain and update leads information accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to support them in the conversion process.

Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to generate new opportunities.

Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls emails and qualified leads.
What Were Looking For

Native or fluent French (C2 level) and good English communication skills (B2).

Excellent communication organization and interpersonal skills.

Proactive motivated and goal-oriented personality.

Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
