Location: Limassol Cyprus
Employment Type: Full-time On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00 17:00; Friday 9:00 14:00

About the Firm:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Credit Controller to join our expanding team in Limassol. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing outstanding receivables ensuring timely collections and supporting the firms cash flow and overall financial stability.

Main Responsibilities:

Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action
Manage collection processes to ensure timely payments
Follow up with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding balances
Set and review credit limits in line with company policies
Conduct credit checks on new and existing customers
Maintain accurate records of client communications and actions taken
Prepare regular reports on aged debt collection progress and risk exposure
Escalate problematic accounts to management as needed
Collaborate with legal finance and banking departments
Support month-end closing processes for accounts receivable

Requirements:

Degree in Accounting Finance or related field (preferred)
Approximately 1 years of proven experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English both written and verbal
Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
Attention to detail and high accuracy
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
Professional discreet and team-oriented attitude
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
