Commercial Lines Account Manager (Small Commercial / Select Business Unit)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is focused on managing a book of small commercial accounts with a strong emphasis on service and retention. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive attitude exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000$70000 annually (up to $75000 for exceptional candidates)
Responsibilities
- Full AZ account management including service and retention of assigned book of business.
- Handle certificates endorsements invoicing marketing/remarketing and client communication.
- Quote and process renewals with a focus on retention and client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being organized responsive and proactive.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Lines account management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and processes.
- Eager to learn and grow within the role.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Responsive and proactive in addressing client needs.
