About Miracle on Maryland
Miracle on Maryland is a Christmas-themed pop-up bar bringing over-the-top holiday décor festive cocktails and nonstop cheer to downtown Indianapolis. Were looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the busiest (and most fun) season of the year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all bar operations including staffing scheduling and training
- Lead a team of bartenders barbacks and support staff
- Ensure consistent execution of Miracles signature holiday cocktails
- Manage inventory ordering and par levels for spirits beer wine mixers and bar supplies
- Uphold service standards guest experience and safety protocols
- Troubleshoot bar issues (POS batching equipment) and provide hands-on support
- Work closely with the FOH team to deliver seamless service
- Contribute to a positive festive and team-oriented culture
Qualifications
- ATC Employee Server Permit
- 23 years of bar management or lead bartender experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails batching and bar operations
- Ability to train and motivate a seasonal team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays (this is the season!)
- Positive flexible and ready to spread holiday cheer
