Facilities Management Director
Compensation: $90000 $100000 annually plus eligibility for quarterly performance-based bonuses

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Facilities Management Director to join a 126-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital focused exclusively on rehabilitation services-no emergency department or outpatient clinics.
Position Overview
Reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted-line relationship to the Regional Director of Facilities Management this is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the overall direction coordination and maintenance of hospital facilities ensuring a safe compliant and efficient environment of care.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all plant operations maintenance environmental services and dietary functions.

Ensure compliance with Joint Commission AHCA OSHA and NFPA standards maintaining readiness for all regulatory surveys.

Manage the Environment of Care and Life Safety programs ensuring consistent adherence to safety and quality standards.

Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for equipment systems and infrastructure.

Collaborate with executive leadership to plan capital projects and facility improvements.
Preferred Background

Prior leadership experience in acute care hospitals inpatient rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings.

Strong technical knowledge in HVAC electrical systems building maintenance and safety programs.

Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and departmental budgets.
