We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to lead and manage civil engineering projects of varying size and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site development land development and municipal infrastructure projects and will demonstrate strong technical leadership and client relationship skills. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure by comity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan develop and direct civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Deliver innovative practical and timely engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
- Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain compliance with U.S. and local design codes regulations and standards.
- Oversee project budgets schedules and profitability to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and internal teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Masters degree a plus).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas or eligible for licensure by comity (company covers exam cost if needed).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
- Experience in site development land development and municipal infrastructure projects.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience or proficiency with Civil 3D.
