Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer PE to lead and manage civil engineering projects of varying size and complexity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site development land development and municipal infrastructure projects and will demonstrate strong technical leadership and client relationship skills. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas or eligibility for licensure by comity.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan develop and direct civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
Deliver innovative practical and timely engineering solutions that meet client expectations.
Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers while fostering a collaborative environment.
Maintain compliance with U.S. and local design codes regulations and standards.
Oversee project budgets schedules and profitability to ensure successful outcomes.
Communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and internal teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Masters degree a plus).
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arkansas or eligible for licensure by comity (company covers exam cost if needed).
Minimum 5 years of relevant civil engineering experience.
Experience in site development land development and municipal infrastructure projects.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience or proficiency with Civil 3D.
